Can cannabis INDUCE facial tics/twitching while high?

This keeps happening to me, right above my left eyebrow and the repeated twitching is leaving a fine line, which is a cosmetic concern as a woman. I’ve started using cannabis (indicas) to treat my fairly severe anxiety disorder and it works so much better than prescribed medication for anxiety, but I often experience this side effect when I smoke more than twice in one week. It’s as if the more THC accumulated in my system, the more frequent the tics. The tics only occur while I’m high and stop when the cannabis wears off. I don’t usually suffer from facial tics, only when I smoke. However, I also use antidepressants, so I’m wondering if there might be an interaction there? I keep reading about cannabis being used to treat people who suffer from tics to start with, but nothing on cannabis actually inducing the tics and this is confusing to me. I don’t want to quit using cannabis because the anti-anxiety effects are so amazing, but I’d like to know if there is a strain that is less likely to have this effect. I’ve tried quite a few indicas so far and the problem keeps occuring. I only buy from reputable dispensaries, never on the street…

Tried Cannatonic but I didn’t like it. Didn’t give me much of a high. I’ll try other high CBD strains.
